3. Who can access your services?

Our supports are available to NDIS participants with relevant funding in their plans. We support people with varying needs across Warrnambool (VIC), Atherton Tablelands (QLD), Mareeba (QLD), and Cairns (QLD)

4. How do I start receiving support from GO Care?

You can get started by completing our Intake Form on the website. Our team will review your information, contact you to discuss your needs, and guide you through the next steps.

5. What types of funding do I need to access your services?

Most services fall under:

Core Supports
Capacity Building
SDA or SIL budgets (if applicable)

6. What is the difference between SIL, STA, and SDA?

SIL (Supported Independent Living): Ongoing daily living support in your home.
STA / Respite: Short-term stays providing temporary support or a break for carers.
SDA: Specialist housing for people with very high support needs.
We can help you determine which option is right for your goals.

7. How do you match support workers with participants?

We take the time to understand your preferences, goals, routines, and support needs. We aim to match you with support workers who align with your personality, cultural needs, interests, and required skills.

8. Can I change my support worker if the match is not right?

Absolutely. Your comfort and safety are our priority. If you feel the worker isn’t the right fit, we will work with you to find a more suitable match.

9. How do you ensure the quality and safety of your services?

We follow NDIS Practice Standards, invest heavily in staff training and development, conduct regular audits, and maintain open communication with participants and families. Our culture is built on integrity, respect, and excellence.
