Working in the Disability Sector for 7 years prior to developing GO Care Support Services, I had realised just how passionate I was about providing the best support to my participants and how enriching it is to work in the industry of disability care. I feel a deep sense of belonging and purpose within my role even through its challenging moments. To be able to establish GO Care Support Services in line with my passion for those with a disability has been a true blessing to say the least! It is so much more than just a business, and I strive to create new and exciting ways to enrich the lives of those with a disability and their surrounding community
Susanna Bevilacqua

Susanna is a disability service provider, and the Chair of the Fair-Trade Association of Australia and New Zealand. She founded Moral Fairground in 2009 after witnessing firsthand the social and environmental impact of mass consumerism while travelling through some of the poorest countries in Southeast Asia. With over 27 years of experience in the banking industry, Susanna has developed expertise in leadership, team management, marketing and sales strategy, and community engagement. She holds a Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, a Diploma in Project Management, and is a qualified Trainer and Assessor. Passionate about ethical business and collaboration, she continues to advocate for socially conscious communities and sustainable practices

With over six years of experience in disability support, aged care, mental health, and dementia care, I am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support that empowers individuals to live with dignity, independence, and confidence. As a Team Leader, I mentor and support a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring our clients receive consistent, compassionate, and respectful care. I am a strong advocate for each person’s individual needs, wellbeing, and goals, and I believe in creating positive outcomes through collaboration, empathy, and professionalism. I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability), a Certificate IV in Mental Health, and I am currently completing a Diploma of Community Services to further expand my knowledge and skills. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, hiking, spending time at the beach, and making memories with my friends and family. I am committed to creating positive employee experiences, maintaining accurate processes, and supporting managers and staff to ensure our workplace remains compliant, professional, and focused on delivering high-quality services to both employees and participants

Hi, I’m Michelle, the Disability Services Assistant Team Leader at GOCare. I support our IS, SIL, and Respite Team Leaders with the day-to-day operations of our services, including rostering, stakeholder and participant communication, and assisting with staff management. I have worked in the disability services industry for over four years and have been part of the GOCare team for nearly two years. I enjoy supporting both our teams and participants to ensure high-quality, person-centred services are delivered every day. I take pride in helping create a positive, collaborative workplace where staff feel supported and participants receive the best possible care.

I am the Maintenance Supervisor with GOCare, responsible for ensuring facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. With a strong focus on preventative maintenance, problem solving, and quality workmanship, in my role, I oversee routine maintenance activities, respond to reactive maintenance requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance environments and workplace safety. I work closely with the administration team and support workers to identify issues, coordinate repairs, and minimize operational disruptions.
